Using the app

Ferry Hopper 852 is provided to help riders view Hong Kong ferry timetable information, reminders, and related travel context. You are responsible for confirming critical travel details before relying on them.

Schedules and availability

Ferry schedules can change without notice. The app uses official operator sources and weekly backend checks, but it does not guarantee that all third-party timetable data will always remain accurate or available at every moment.

Important: Ferry Hopper 852 is a travel helper, not a ferry operator, transport authority, or ticketing provider.

Free and premium access

The free version provides core ferry schedule utility and does not show ads. Premium features may be offered through optional auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple.

  • Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple’s App Store terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple before the next renewal date.
  • Premium access may unlock convenience features such as favorites and reminders.
  • Restore Purchases is provided for riders who reinstall or change devices.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, misuse, or disrupt the app or its services.
  • Do not use the app for unlawful activity.
  • Do not misrepresent Ferry Hopper 852 as an official ferry operator service.

Liability

The app is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent allowed by law. Ferry Hopper 852 is not liable for delays, missed sailings, missed reminders, or losses resulting from service changes, outages, schedule inaccuracies, maintenance windows, network failures, or third-party service interruptions.
